Educational Background:
· - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.
Technical Experience:
· - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in machine maintenance within the food packaging industry.
- Hands-on expertise in PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or equivalent), VFDs, HMIs, motors, and sensors.
Job Description:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all packaging line equipment.
- Perform routine and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Monitor the performance of PLC drives, VFDs, HMIs, motors, and sensors.
- Analyze and optimize machine efficiency to meet production targets.
- Maintain and update PLC programming for efficient machine operation.
- Calibrate and align sensors and other control components.
- Ensure proper functioning of relays, circuit boards, and electrical components.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing training and technical support.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and reports for audits and compliance checks.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and equipment standards in the food industry.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and recommend procurement when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and component replacement.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade equipment for better reliability and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies in machine maintenance and automation.
