Position: Executive Assistant (Personal Assistant)
Qualification: Graduation
Fresher or Experience ( 1yr min to exp)
Fresher : 15000
Experienced: 25000 and above with experience
Salary depend upon Experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
Handle emails, calls, and professional correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Maintain files, records, and confidential information
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate with teams, vendors, and clients
Draft emails, memos, and meeting minutes
Follow up on action items and deadlines
Travel & Event Management
Arrange travel (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries)
Manage expense reports and reimbursements
Organize meetings, conferences, and events
Executive & Strategic Support
Assist in planning and priority management
Conduct basic research and data analysis
Support decision-making with timely information
Handle sensitive tasks with discretion
Executive Assistant Skills

Excellent communication (written & verbal)

Organization and attention to detail
Problem-solving and decision-making
Technical Skills
MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Email and calendar management tools
Basic data handling and reporting
Familiarity with CRM, HR, or project tools (a plus)
Languages: Hindi . Telugu English.
