* In charge of assisting students in choosing appropriate educational programs and guaranteeing successful enrollments.
Duties:
* Respond to questions from students via phone calls, internet forums, and chats.
* Give thorough details regarding the courses, costs, and employment options.
* Give students advice depending on their academic background and areas of interest.
* Follow up with leads and turn them into admissions.
* Update CRM systems and keep student records up to date.
* Assist students with the admissions and onboarding procedures.
* To ensure seamless operations, coordinate with the sales and academic departments.
Requirements
* Any kind of bachelor's degree.
* Good counseling and communication abilities.
* A target-oriented and student-focused approach.
* A basic understanding of CRM and computers.
* New applicants or those with 0–2 years of experience are eligible to apply.
Hours of Work:
* 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
