Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage civil engineering projects, particularly in layout development and maintenance.
- Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to project designs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, cost estimates, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
- Resolve technical challenges and address project-related issues effectively.
- Ensure resource optimization and efficient utilization of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Stay updated with local building codes, safety regulations, and advancements in civil engineering practices.
Key Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge in layout design, infrastructure development, and civil project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with various stakeholders.

Experience: 3 to 4 Years in Layout Development and Maintenance
Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering.
