Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate quality leads, and improve customer engagement across digital platforms.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, and performance analytics. The candidate should be passionate about digital trends and capable of delivering measurable business results through innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage the organization's social media channels by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, photographers, and content creators to develop high-quality digital assets for campaigns.
- Optimize website content and landing pages to improve search engine rankings (SEO) and user experience.
- Execute Search Engine Marketing (SEM), display advertising, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Analyze campaign data, customer behavior, and digital trends to recommend improvements and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Support email marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and marketing automation activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication channels.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with external agencies and digital partners whenever required.
- Assist in planning and promoting company events, product launches, recruitment campaigns, and other marketing initiatives through digital channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
- Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in content creation and campaign management.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
