Interior Designer
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and executing residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing design concepts, working drawings, material selection, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed interior working drawings and construction details.
- Manage interior project execution and supervise site activities.
- Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform space planning, material selection, and interior detailing.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
- Ensure projects are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Requirements
- Expertise in interior detail drafting and site management.
- Working knowledge of MEP coordination.
- Strong understanding of space planning, material selection, and execution supervision.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Experience in preparing working drawings and maintaining site quality control.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle site visits and project follow-ups.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar software will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Diploma in Interior Designing or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 3+ year of experience as an Interior Designer.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or turnkey interior projects will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
