Manager – Sales (Wellness)
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Business Development professionals with a strong background in sales, business development, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong network among key decision makers in the Wellness category.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and target potential partners relevant for BNPL in the wellness space (fitness brands, health tech, nutraceuticals, wellness platforms, hospitals, clinics, etc.), develop strategic plans, and execute strategies to onboard and build long-term relationships.-
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients — including wellness brands, gym chains, D2C health brands, and digital health platforms — to foster collaboration & trust and encourage repeat business.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to understand organization structures within the wellness ecosystem, expand into new markets and channels, and achieve revenue targets.

Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date on trends, competitors, and market dynamics within the wellness sector — including fitness, mental health, nutrition, preventive healthcare, and allied categories.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for BNPL adoption in the wellness industry.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, Sales, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on product offerings and support wellness partners effectively.

Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report key business metrics, sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.

Experience in wellness-relevant backgrounds

8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management

Preferably in the Wellness / Health Tech / D2C / FMCG (Health & Wellness) industry.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively (with internal and external stakeholders) in a fast-paced environment.
