Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with 15–20+ years of hands-on experience in residential electrical projects, particularly Mywan structure residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for independently managing and coordinating all electrical activities from site execution to office-level planning, billing, manpower, materials, documentation, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for complete electrical works at residential projects, both at site and office.
- Plan, execute, monitor and control all electrical activities including:
- Conduit installation
- Wiring
- DB installation and termination
- MCB/RCCB installation
- Electrical testing and commissioning
- All other related electrical works.
- Must have strong practical experience in Mywan structure residential projects.
- Supervise and manage site engineers, supervisors, electricians and labour teams.
- Arrange and deploy skilled manpower/labour as per project requirements.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedule and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues, technical problems and coordination issues independently.
- Plan and coordinate electrical materials, including material requirements, procurement, stock monitoring, consumption and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper material stock and site records and provide regular data/reports to management.
- Prepare, check and manage RA bills, measurements, quantity statements, BOQ-related documentation and final billing.
- Verify measurements and ensure accurate billing for completed works.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, contractors and other agencies.
- Attend project meetings and represent the electrical team/company professionally.
- Coordinate electrical works with civil, plumbing, HVAC and other services to avoid site conflicts.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies or execution difficulties before work starts.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and required project data.
- Ensure proper documentation of work progress, measurements, materials, manpower and billing.
- Take complete responsibility for electrical site operations and office coordination and ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle any other electrical/project-related responsibilities required for successful completion of the project.
Mandatory Requirements
- 15–20+ years of experience in electrical contracting/project execution.
- Strong experience specifically in residential projects.
- Mandatory experience in Mivan structure residential projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of conduit and wiring works in Mywan structures.
- Excellent knowledge of electrical execution, billing, measurements, materials and manpower management.
- Should be capable of independently handling projects from execution to billing and final completion.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work between site and office as required.
- Candidates without substantial Mivan residential project experience may not be considered.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on senior electrical professional who can take complete ownership of electrical works, manage the entire site team, coordinate with clients and consultants, control materials and manpower, handle billing and documentation, and resolve day-to-day project issues without continuous supervision from management.
Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban District)
