About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting processes, ledger management, banking transactions, and financial record maintenance. Proficiency in the latest version of Tally and good computer skills are essential.
Candidates with strong English communication skills and knowledge of Kannada and Tamil will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries in the accounting system.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of accounting transactions.
Tally Operations
- Handle accounting activities using the latest version of Tally.
- Create and maintain ledgers, groups, and master records.
- Generate financial reports, account statements, and MIS reports as required.
- Ensure proper data entry and reconciliation in Tally.
Banking & Reconciliation
- Manage banking transactions, online payments, and fund transfers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify bank statements regularly.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receipts.
- Coordinate with banks for routine banking activities and documentation.
Financial Documentation
- Maintain accounting files, invoices, receipts, and financial records.
- Assist in preparing reports for audits and financial reviews.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding account-related matters.
- Assist the finance team in day-to-day operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, BBM, BBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- Additional certification in Tally will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with the latest version of Tally.
- Experience in ledger maintenance, banking activities, and account reconciliations.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Compensation will be based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of basic accounting practices, proficiency in Tally, experience in banking and ledger management, and the ability to support the finance team with accurate and efficient accounting operations.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
