Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to promote our solar energy solutions and expand our customer base. The role involves meeting potential customers, generating leads, conducting site visits, and assisting customers throughout the sales process. No prior solar industry experience is required, as complete training will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers within the assigned area.
- Generate new leads through field activities, referrals, and local networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Eligibility
- Any Degree / Diploma / Plus Two.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
