Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Provide accurate information about company services and products
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and follow up regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure professional and polite communication with customers
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Customer Care
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
