Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and basic inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer queries and transfer/divert calls to the appropriate department or employee.
- Maintain clear and polite communication with customers in English.
- Provide basic support and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and understood clearly).
- Ability to understand customer concerns and identify the correct point of contact.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and phone etiquette.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good listening skills.
- Freshers can apply.
