What Will You Do Every Day?
As our go-to IT person on the floor, your main job is to help our employees and factory staff with their daily computer problems.
Solve Computer Issues: Fix daily problems with laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners.
Setup & Install: Format computers, install Windows (10/11), and set up new laptops for employees.
Software Support: Help users with Microsoft Office, Outlook email setup, and MS Teams.
Network & Internet: Fix basic Wi-Fi, internet connection, and VPN issues.
Keep Systems Safe: Install and update antivirus software to make sure all computers are secure.
Plant Floor Support: Step out onto the factory floor when needed to help fix computer or network line issues near the production machines.
Track Inventory: Keep a simple, clear record of all laptops, chargers, and IT tools in the plant.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
We want someone who is proactive, friendly, and enjoys helping others.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience working as a Desktop Support or IT Support Engineer (experience working in a factory/plant is a big plus!).
Education: Graduate or Diploma in IT, Computers, or Electronics.
Technical Skills:
Good knowledge of Windows OS, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
Basic understanding of computer networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi cables).
Ability to install and configure antivirus software.
Communication: Good speaking skills to understand and solve user problems patiently.
Flexibility: Ready to work in shifts if required to support plant operations.
