Senior Video Editor

Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-velocity, detail-oriented Senior Video Editor to serve as the heavy lifter for our in-house Video Factory. This role is responsible for cutting premium documentaries, Podcast, Performance marketing clinical deep-dives, and high-retention short-form content for our flagship health and diagnostic brands.
Key Responsibilities:
● Premium Aesthetic: Edit high-budget, multi-cam interviews and cinematic B-roll (shot on Sony FX3 & similar cameras) with flawless pacing, seamless jump cuts, and clinical precision.
● Audio & Color Polish: Ensure pristine 32-bit float audio syncing, sound design layering, and basic color correction to maintain a premium US-market visual standard.
● Motion Graphics: Specialized in typography, template style animations
● Format Adaptation: Transform long-form educational cuts into high-retention, algorithmic vertical Reels using dynamic pacing and B-roll integration.
Requirements:
● Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
● Working proficiency in Adobe After Effects recommended
● Proven portfolio demonstrating premium corporate, documentary, High quality youtube content or medical/tech video editing.
● Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising the "premium" aesthetic.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
