We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and support our online store operations. This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
- Handle order processing and tracking
- Coordinate inventory updates and stock management
- Monitor online marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Assist in basic digital marketing tasks (offers, discounts, campaigns)
- Respond to customer queries and provide support
- Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory
