What You’ll Do:
The successful candidate will serve as the first medical point of contact for patients and will be responsible for patient consultation, counselling, treatment planning, follow-up, and treatment conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and assessments
- Explain aesthetic, dermatological, hair restoration, wellness and plastic surgery treatments
- Develop customized treatment plans
- Counsel patients and address concerns or objections
- Assist patients in making informed treatment decisions
- Coordinate with dermatologists, plastic surgeons and clinic staff
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients
- Support treatment conversions and patient retention initiatives
- Maintain clinical documentation and patient records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
