About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Data Entry Operator to join our textile firm in Surat. The ideal candidate should have experience in data entry and basic accounts-related work. Candidates with prior experience in the textile industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accounts and financial data accurately in the system.
- Prepare and update invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting records.
- Maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
- Verify data and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts-related records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for required accounting and data-related information.
- Perform regular data reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Support the accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in accounts/data entry.
- Prior experience in a textile firm/industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally will be an advantage.
- Good typing speed and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Local Surat candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
