Responsible for vehicle level durability testing & validation of all commercial, passenger vehicles (ICE & EV).

Strong knowledge of various vehicle systems i.e engine, transmission, steering, suspension, wheels & tyres, brake etc. is preferred & comparative performance trials with competitors’ products.

Coordination with various stake holders i.e cross functional team members, project team, COE, PVT, service team etc. efficiently & effectively.
➢
Should be able to understand project scope, change content, timeline, critical gateway deliverables and suggest durability testing requirements accordingly.
➢
Should be able to prepare & workout basic documents such as DVP, test reports, DVP&R etc.
➢
Develop, understand the standard test procedures and execute to validate system functionality against specification.
➢
Responsible for instrumentation, objective testing as per test procedures, data analysis.
➢
Concern management ensure same day concern reporting in concern management system, concern resolution meeting with COEs & project team i.e daily, tracking of concerns status, action plan availability & updating, Gemba reviews for concern demonstration, explanation to COEs & investigations, action plan revalidation and closure.

Durability tracking & drive coordination with durability team for planning no of vehicles, allocation & execution of durability running of projects, on time escalation of durability issues, tracking, Gemba & closure of concerns.

Execute test plans in real world, climatic conditions at different locations across India.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to tackle complex engineering challenges.

Should possess good driving skill for both passenger & commercial vehicles.

Must be agile, collaborative & bold in taking project, durability related decisions.

Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Able to learn new things quickly & deliver as per project requirements.

Comfortable working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet project deadlines, especially during critical project phases, with a commitment to project success.
