Job Description
We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team as Process Associates – Medical Billing. The role involves processing healthcare billing information, reviewing insurance and patient details, handling claims, and maintaining accurate billing records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process medical billing and insurance claims accurately.
- Review patient, insurance, and billing information.
- Enter and update data in billing systems.
- Verify claims for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct billing errors and discrepancies.
- Handle claim rejections and denials as required.
- Maintain billing documents and records.
- Follow healthcare data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
- Work effectively during the night shift.
Eligibility & Skills
- Any Degree
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good typing and data-entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an added advantage
- Previous experience in US Medical Billing/Healthcare is an advantage
