The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Engineer to manage and grow our customer base within the Chennai region. This role involves selling a portfolio of high-quality industrial automation products to both end-users and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers in and around the Chennai area.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our range of products.
- Actively sell industrial automation products, including:
- Code Readers & Vision Sensors
- Laser Marking Machines
- Pressure, Flow, and Temperature Sensors
- Other Industrial Automation components.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline).
- Experience: We welcome both Fresher candidates and individuals with 1 to 2 years of relevant sales or technical experience.
Compensation:
- Competitive Base Salary
- Attractive Variable Pay (Performance-based incentive paid monthly)
