A Shop Billing Executive manages the checkout process, ensuring accurate and efficient customer transactions by generating bills, processing payments (cash, card, digital), applying discounts, and handling payment reconciliations, while also resolving customer billing queries, maintaining counter organization, and supporting sales with a focus on smooth customer experience and adherence to company policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Processing: Generate sales invoices, process payments, apply discounts/offers, and manage loyalty points.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, resolve billing issues, answer payment-related questions, and provide a pleasant checkout experience.
- Cash & Record Management: Maintain cash counter records, perform daily cash reconciliation, and handle billing documents accurately.
- Inventory & Operations: Support the sales team with item packing, ensure counter cleanliness, and manage billing software.
- Compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, and financial guidelines.
