Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers/investors.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal approvals to clients
