Visa Branch Head
Core Responsibilities
- Branch Leadership
- Oversee the operations of the visa services branch, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality client service.
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets, including client acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Team Management
- Supervise counsellors, tele-callers, and support staff; provide training, motivation, and performance evaluations.
- Compliance Oversight
- Ensure adherence to immigration laws, embassy guidelines, and company policies.
- Business Development
- Build partnerships with educational institutions, travel agencies, and corporate clients to expand service reach.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare branch performance reports, analyze KPIs, and present insights to senior management.

Daily Activities
- Conduct branch meetings to align staff with goals.
- Review client cases and provide guidance on complex applications.
- Monitor daily operations, including calls, counselling sessions, and documentation.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration offices for escalated cases.
- Ensure client satisfaction through service quality checks.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹52,040.38 per month
