Job description:
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, managing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between departments
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
- Coordinate with customers for order confirmation and follow-ups
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain sales data, MIS reports, and customer records
- Assist sales team in preparing presentations and proposals
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments
- Monitor pending orders and payment follow-ups
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination
- Good communication skills (verbal and written English)
- Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Ability to draft professional emails and handle business communication
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good coordination and organizational skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
