Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Coordinate daily construction activities, subcontractor schedules, and labor productivity to meet deadlines.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Quality Control: Ensure work aligns with blueprints, technical documents, and quality standards.
- Resource Coordination: Manage on-site materials, equipment, and deliveries.
- Reporting: Generate daily progress reports, monitor project expenditures, and document work completed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a supervisor in construction or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong skills in managing teams, providing direction, and communicating with clients, engineers, and workers.
- Organization: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, often with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management preferred. Betterteam +4
Working Conditions
