1. Performance Management
- Monitor day-to-day tasks and overall store operations.
- Ensure all stores open and operate as per scheduled timings.
- Conduct outlet visits every day and every 15 days share reports with the HR team.
- Ensure Store Managers perform their duties with accountability and dedication.
- Ensure Store Managers are highly motivated to perform well and if requires then provide necessary training to boost their performance.
- Ensure store cleaning and hygiene is properly maintained.
2. Team Management & Discipline
- Ensure Store Managers obtain prior approval for leave (except in emergencies or health issues), keeping HR informed.
- Maintain discipline and operational consistency across all outlets.
3. Training & Development
- Provide training to all new joiners.
- Maintain a structured training tracker with defined checkpoints and progress records.
- Attend and actively participate in monthly meetings.
- To address grievances related to Sales of Stores and Operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
