- 1-2 years' experience as a mechanical design engineer.
- Experience in sheet metal part design & plastic part design.
- Experience in tool & die fixtures making.
- Experience leading technical discussions and evaluations with internal design team, subcontractors, and solution providers.
- Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of automotive components using sound mechanical engineering principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Responsible for component design and drawing creation as per applicable standards & guidelines.
- Sound knowledge of using CAD tools for Product development and R&D Projects.
- Knowledge & experience of working with OEM manufacturers.
- Collaborate with other departments for design review, procurement, and assembly of mechanical components/ equipment.
- Preparation of BOM, technical presentations etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during the manufacturing, build, and testing process.
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, tools and materials.
- An individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
- Adds value through innovation, process improvements and clear thinking.
- Understands & appreciates tasks & their relation to overall project scope.
- Experience in Solidworks and AutoCAD must.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
