Position Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Career Advisors (Sales – International Students). This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about helping international students achieve their career goals.
As a Career Advisor, you will consult with prospective students and professionals, understand their career aspirations, recommend the most suitable HyperSlash Technologies programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. This is a consultative sales role that combines career guidance with relationship-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective international students and professionals through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand each candidate’s educational background, career objectives, and visa status (F-1, CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B).
- Explain HyperSlash Technologies’ career development programs, placement assistance, and service offerings.
- Recommend the most suitable program based on the candidate’s goals and career aspirations.
- Build trust through professional career consultation and excellent customer service.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with recruitment and career success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about U.S. IT hiring trends, career opportunities, and employment pathways for international students.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Final-year students may also apply).
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Career Counseling, Education Consulting, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Fluency is mandatory).
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused approach with active listening abilities.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in the U.S. shift.
Preferred Skills
- Education sales or counseling experience.
- Knowledge of the U.S. job market.
- Familiarity with international student programs (F-1, CPT, OPT, STEM OPT) is an advantage.
- Experience using CRM software.
