We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, understanding their immigration requirements, explaining our services, and scheduling appointments for our consultants. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding immigration, study visas, work permits, and PR services.
- Explain company services and answer basic client questions.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for immigration consultants.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maintain engagement.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and counseling teams to ensure smooth client handling.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Requirements
- 12th Pass, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or immigration (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is an added advantage).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in immigration, visa consulting, or education counseling.
- Good listening and objection-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Schedule: Day Shift
Experience:
- Telecalling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immigration Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
