Education Requirements: B.E. Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical (preferably)
- Act as a point of contact between customers and companies
- Responding to customer queries and solving them to help them make a purchase
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly replying to emails, answering calls, proactively keeping informed and follow-up
- Providing detailed and accurate quotations with the help of internal managers
- Maintaining sales records, releasing sales order and updating it in the CRM system
- Internal communication with other teams like purchase, finance etc
- Learn about products, services and company policies regularly
- Participating in sales meetings
- No travel required (fully office job)
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Computer literacy skills like MS Office, CRM, etc
- Working knowledge of CRM software that is used to collect and retrieve details of customer
- Good spoken and written English
- Work experience 0-10 years
Languages : English, Hindi, Kannada (preferred)
