Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer / Quotation Coordinator for our construction and trading operations. The candidate will handle estimation, costing, quotation preparation, ERP documentation, and coordination with sales and commercial teams to ensure timely and competitive pricing.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and segregate customer enquiries based on scope of work and HOD
- Review enquiries to identify product requirements, technical specifications, brand, and scope
- Prepare detailed estimation and costing for construction, trading, and fabrication items
- Prepare and submit quotations within 24 hours for stock and regular items
- Coordinate with purchase and commercial teams for non-stock item pricing
- Follow up for special pricing and availability updates
- Discuss pricing strategy and discounts with HOD and sales teams
- Ensure quotations include correct product codes, unit rates, tax details, delivery and payment terms
- Maintain organized quotation records and documentation
- Prepare material submittals as per customer requirements
- Arrange sample boards when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering/any
- Freshers can apply
- Basic knowledge of estimation, costing, and quotation preparation
- MS Excel skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Candidate must have own laptop
- Immediate joining preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
