Main responsibilities
- Production: Monitor assembly-line operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Quality: Inspect components/vehicles, identify defects, and follow quality standards.
- Machine operation: Understand and monitor machines, tools, fixtures, and production equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Help identify and resolve basic machine or production problems.
- Process improvement: Suggest ways to reduce rejection, downtime, and production waste.
- Documentation: Maintain production, quality, inspection, and shift-related records.
- Safety: Follow company safety procedures and ensure safe working practices on the shop floor.
- Team coordination: Work with operators, supervisors, engineers, maintenance, and quality teams.
- 5S/Lean: Participate in 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and other improvement activities.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
