About the Role
Dvilite Technology is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales knowledge, and the ability to generate leads and build client relationships in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable IT solutions/services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project discussions and client onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services and technologies
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in IT sales/business development preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
