Job Title: Lathe Operator

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th Pass
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Lathe Operator to operate conventional lathe machines for machining components as per drawing and production requirements. The candidate should have knowledge of machine handling, measuring instruments, and basic machining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate lathe machines safely and efficiently.
- Perform turning, facing, drilling, threading, and boring operations.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Set tools and workpieces properly in the machine.
- Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and gauges.
- Maintain production quality and accuracy.
- Ensure proper machine maintenance and cleanliness.
- Follow safety procedures during machine operation.
- Achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills:
- Experience in lathe operations.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of cutting tools and machining process.
- Good measuring and inspection skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in manufacturing or machine shop preferred.
- Hardworking and disciplined attitude.
