We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Dentist cum Lead Medical Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care while leading the day-to-day clinical operations of the dental department and ensuring high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions
- Perform routine and advanced dental procedures
- Develop and implement patient treatment plans
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the dental department
- Lead and support the dental team to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control, and quality standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- BDS (Mandatory); MDS will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage departmental operations
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
