Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Center Manager to manage the end-to-end operations of the training center
Important Requirements
- Candidate must be local to the respective location
- Strong college connects / institutional network is mandatory
- Good understanding of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives
- Team handling experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of the training center
- Drive student enrollment through colleges and institutional tie-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions
- Coordinate CSR-based training and skill development programs
- Lead, manage, and guide the center team for daily operations
- Ensure achievement of enrollment and operational targets
- Monitor batch scheduling, attendance, and training delivery
- Maintain MIS reports and performance tracking of the center
- Handle coordination with stakeholders including students, trainers, and partners
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
- Proven experience in team management (mandatory)
- Strong experience in college outreach and institutional relations
- Prior exposure to CSR projects preferred
- Background in EdTech, education, training, or skill development sector
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
