About the Role
Physics Wallah is looking for energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executives to strengthen our offline presence in Borivali, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing field marketing campaigns, generating student leads, increasing brand visibility, and supporting admission growth through on-ground activities.
Key Responsibilities
Execute field marketing campaigns to promote courses and programs.
Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational hubs to generate leads.
Organize and manage marketing activities such as seminars, workshops, education fairs, and promotional events.
Conduct leaflet distribution, canopy activities, roadshows, and local branding campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with school authorities, educational partners, and local communities.
Generate high-quality leads and coordinate with the counselling team for admissions.
Maintain daily reports of field activities, lead generation, and campaign performance.
Ensure effective branding and visibility across the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly lead generation and marketing targets.
Provide market intelligence by tracking competitor activities and local trends.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Brand Promotion.
Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Mandatory Requirements
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Comfortable with extensive field travel.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

Local market knowledge of Borivali and surrounding areas.
