Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The BDE will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with various teams to achieve company objectives.

Responsible For

Outbound Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, online research, business directories, and other outbound channels.
Cold Calling: Make regular outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce the company’s services, understand their requirements, handle initial objections, and schedule meetings.
Cold Email Outreach: Draft, personalize, and send cold emails to targeted prospects. Manage follow-up sequences and track responses to improve campaign performance.
Prospect Research: Research target companies, industries, decision-makers, and relevant contacts to build accurate and qualified prospect lists.
LinkedIn Prospecting: Use LinkedIn and other professional platforms to connect with decision-makers, initiate conversations, and generate potential sales opportunities.
Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects based on their business requirements, budget, decision-making authority, timeline, and suitability for the company’s services.
Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified discovery calls, sales meetings, and product or service discussions with prospective clients.
Follow-Up Management: Conduct timely, consistent follow-ups via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients to support long-term business opportunities.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and service-related information to prospective clients.
Negotiation: Assist in negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and agreements to support successful business closures.
CRM and Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, opportunities, and sales stages in the CRM or internal tracking system.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, target markets, and emerging opportunities to improve outbound sales strategies.
