Preparing valuation report
1. Calculate land area, and check built-up area
2. Assist in estimating land value based on comparable sales.
3. Prepare building valuation calculations using applicable valuation methods.
4. Prepare valuation worksheets draft valuation reports in the prescribed bank or client format.
5. Prepare annexures, photographs, location maps, and supporting documents.
6. Cross-check calculations, spelling, and report consistency.
7. Maintain digital and physical records of valuation files and invoices.
8. Track pending inspections and report submissions and coordinate with clients and banks.
9. Prepare invoices and maintain job registers and archive completed reports for future reference.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
