Role Description
This is a Part-time on-site role for a Hospitality Faculty position located in Kozhikode. The Hospitality Faculty will be responsible for teaching core hospitality-related subjects, designing curriculum, planning and conducting lectures, evaluating student performance, and providing mentorship to students. The individual will also engage in academic research and contribute to the development of innovative teaching practices to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in teaching and expertise in hospitality industry-related topics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to guide and mentor students effectively
- Proven ability to contribute to academic research and collaborate with peers
- Advanced degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or a related field
- Relevant industry experience is desirable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Minimum 2 Year Teaching Experience Required
