Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Financial Consultants to work remotely and generate quality loan leads for our company. The ideal candidate will identify potential borrowers, understand their financial requirements, educate them about available loan products, and facilitate the lead generation process.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and an interest in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified loan leads through personal networks, referrals, digital platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Identify customers seeking financial assistance for personal, business, home, mortgage, vehicle, or other loan requirements.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their funding needs.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and ensure timely submission of required information.
- Coordinate with the company's operations and sales teams for lead processing and conversion.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and conversion status.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate (10+2) qualification; Graduation preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, insurance, loan sales, or telemarketing is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, computers, internet applications, and communication tools.
