Job Title: Project Photography & Videography Specialist

Role Purpose
The Project Photography & Videography Specialist is responsible for capturing, producing, editing, and maintaining high-quality visual content that showcases Interia’s completed projects, site progress, manufacturing capabilities, and brand story.
The role focuses on photography, videography, content editing, and visual asset management. The role is not responsible for social media management, campaign ownership, publishing, performance analytics, or marketing reporting.
Role Objectives
- Professionally document Interia’s projects, installations, manufacturing facilities, and office activities.
- Produce high-quality visual assets that support branding, marketing, sales, and business development initiatives.
- Maintain a structured archive of project photographs and videos.
- Deliver all assignments within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with Interia’s brand guidelines and presentation standards.
- Visits to sites for shoots.
Key Responsibilities
Site Photography & Videography
Conduct project site video shoots for completed projects, project milestones, installations, and site progress.
Capture high-quality images and videos highlighting design aesthetics, materials, finishes, and craftsmanship.
Ensure appropriate lighting, framing, composition, and visual quality during all shoots.
Conduct factory and workshop shoots to document production processes, craftsmanship, furniture manufacturing, and project execution activities.
Capture content that supports Interia’s brand positioning and business storytelling.
Office Photography & Videography
- Conduct office shoots for internal initiatives, events, team activities, leadership communication, and corporate branding requirements.
Video Editing & Content Production
- Edit project videos, walkthroughs, reels, short-form content, and Instagram stories.
- Perform post-production activities including video editing, colour correction, sound enhancement, transitions, and final rendering.
- Create content suitable for marketing, sales, and business development purposes.
Content Planning & Documentation
- Prepare video script documents before shoots where required.
- Create reference documents, shot lists, and content requirements for planned shoots.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager regarding shoot requirements and content priorities.
Creative Library & Archive Management
- Maintain a structured repository of project photographs, videos, edited content, and raw footage.
- Ensure all assets are appropriately organised, tagged, archived, and available for future business use.
- Maintain version control of all approved visual assets.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Interior Designers, Project Teams, Factory Teams, Content Designer and the Marketing Team to identify project highlights and content requirements.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives through timely delivery of visual assets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
