- Minimum 2–3 years' experience operating CNC turning / lathe machines in a precision engineering environment
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and GD&T symbols
- Working knowledge of G-code and CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, or Mazak preferred)
- Competent use of precision hand-measuring instruments and gauging equipment
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent vocational qualification
- Strong understanding of cutting parameters: speed, feed, depth of cut, and coolant selection
