- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing and screening to final interview coordination and offer extension.
- Targeted Sourcing: Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, healthcare job boards, university career centers, and local professional physiotherapy associations.
- Credential Verification: Ensure all clinical candidates hold valid licenses, certifications, and malpractice insurance in accordance with state/provincial regulations.
- Cultural & Behavioral Alignment: Evaluate candidates not just for technical skills, but for empathy, communication, and a patient-first philosophy.
- University Relations: Build and maintain relationships with local physical therapy schools and universities to secure a pipeline of new graduates and intern placements.
- Employer Branding: Attend industry networking events, job fairs, and conferences to promote our clinic as an employer of choice.
- Onboarding Transition: Work closely with Clinic Managers to ensure a smooth transition from the job offer to the candidate’s first day.
