Position Overview
Modulas is seeking a seasoned Senior Field Sales Representative with a proven track record in the modular furniture industry. With 4 to 6 years of direct field experience, you will be expected to handle high-value residential projects and build strategic partnerships. You will play a critical role in driving revenue for our modular kitchen and wardrobe segments through expert technical consulting and aggressive business development.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Value Sales: Manage the full sales cycle for premium modular kitchen and wardrobe projects, from initial site measurement to final closing.
- B2B Channel Development: Proactively identify and tie up with premium architects, interior designers, and real estate developers to establish Modulas as their preferred modular partner.
- Technical Consulting: Use your deep industry knowledge to advise clients on material durability, ergonomic layouts, hardware mechanisms (Hettich, Hafele, etc.), and space optimization.
- Site Supervision: Oversee initial site readiness audits to ensure the design team has accurate data, minimizing errors during the installation phase.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle complex negotiations and high-ticket quotations, ensuring healthy profit margins while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Mentorship: Assist junior sales staff with technical queries and provide insights on market trends and competitor movements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Industry Expertise: Mandatory 4–6 years of field sales experience specifically within the modular furniture or modular kitchen industry.
- Network: An existing database or established relationships with local architects and interior designers is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of modular woodworks, including board types (HDHMR, PLPB, Plywood), finishes (Acrylic, Laminate, PU), and hardware fittings.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a "feet-on-the-street" role.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills; ability to pitch to HNI (High Net-Worth) clients with confidence.
- Ownership: Ability to work independently, manage a daily schedule of multiple site visits, and provide detailed CRM reports.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
