About Setu Design Studio
Setu Design Studio is a multidisciplinary design practice working at the intersection of Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture and Urban Design. We believe that good design emerges from research, context, sustainability and a deep understanding of people and place.
Our portfolio includes hospitality, institutional, commercial, residential and master planning projects across India. We are looking for passionate architecture students who are eager to learn, question, experiment and contribute to meaningful design.
What You'll Do
As an Architectural Intern, you will be an active member of our design team and will contribute to live projects from concept through execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in conceptual design, planning and design development.
- Preparing architectural drawings, presentation boards and design documentation.
- Developing 3D models and visualisations.
- Conducting material, product and precedent research.
- Preparing graphics, diagrams and competition-quality presentations.
- Supporting working drawings, consultant coordination and project documentation.
- Participating in site visits, site documentation and construction reviews.
- Collaborating with architects, landscape designers and interior designers on multidisciplinary projects.
Who We're Looking For
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).
- Strong design aptitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Curious, self-driven and willing to take initiative.
- Ability to think critically and communicate ideas effectively.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative studio environment.
Software Skills
Candidates should have working knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
Knowledge of D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, Rhino, Revit or other visualisation and BIM tools will be an added advantage.
