Instead of being hired into one fixed department, a Management Trainee spends their first 6 to 24 months rotating through various core sectors of the business to understand how the entire operation runs.

Core Responsibilities
- Department Rotations: Spending a few weeks or months each in departments like Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources.
- Shadowing Leadership: Working directly alongside senior managers and executives to understand high-level decision-making.
- Strategic Projects: Analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and presenting improvement projects to executive boards.
- Operations Support: Learning the "ground-level" work of the company (e.g., working on the retail floor, managing supply lines, or handling customer service) so you understand the front line.
- Performance Assessment: Passing evaluations, exams, or project presentations at the end of each rotation phase.
