Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Finance & Accounts professional to lead the overall finance function of the organization.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure in:

Candidates from service-based industries such as relocation, logistics, hospitality, consulting, facility management, travel, staffing, BPO, telecom, or similar sectors will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Controllership
- Lead overall Finance & Accounts operations across business locations
- Monitor company financial performance, profitability, and cost control
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Develop strong internal financial controls and SOPs
- Support management with business finance insights and strategic decision-making
Accounting Operations
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities
- Finalization of books of accounts and financial statements
- Manage Accounts Payable, Receivable, General Ledger, and reconciliations
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
- Coordinate with auditors and manage audit processes
MIS, Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Analyze financial variances, operational costs, and revenue performance
- Present financial reports and business insights to senior management
- Drive data-based decision-making through analytical reporting
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory regulations
- Handle tax filings, audits, and assessments
- Monitor compliance across multiple business entities
- Exposure to transfer pricing and international transactions will be an added advantage
Treasury & Banking
- Manage cash flow, fund planning, and banking relationships
- Handle vendor payments and overseas remittances
- Support fund management and working capital optimization
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor Finance & Accounts teams
- Build performance-driven finance operations
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments and leadership teams
Desired Candidate Profile
- CA / ICWA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification
- 12–18 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Minimum 4–5 years experience in a leadership role as Finance Head / Accounts Head / Finance Controller
- Strong preference for candidates from Service Industry background
- Experience handling multi-location operations preferred
- Good understanding of finance automation, ERP systems, and MIS reporting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills are mandatory
