Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling services, including blow-drying, ironing, curling, and hairstyling for various occasions
- Recommend suitable hairstyles based on clients' preferences and face shape
- Assist clients with product recommendations and aftercare advice
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Manage appointments efficiently and maintain service quality
- Upsell salon services and retail products whenever appropriate
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends and styling techniques
- Coordinate with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Hair Stylist
- Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques and hair care
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
- Local candidate preferred
