Role:
Team member to manage Project Management Activities
Responsibility:
Planning and Execution of Development and homologation Test Requirements:
Execute the testing activities according to the established plan.
Root Cause Analysis and Crash Model Development:
Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify the underlying issues.
Coordination with CAE/Design Team/Collaborate closely with the CAE and design teams to validate and implement results.
Ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the process.
Team Management and Training: Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
Competency Requirements:
Technical/Functional:
Experience in Vehicle Component Safety (Lab Testing):
Proficiency in conducting lab testing for various vehicle components related to safety.
Specific expertise in conducting tests such as seat belt anchorage, head form impact, bumper and, Interior fitting test [sunvisor, gear etc ], Annex- 8
Awareness of Passive Safety Regulations/ and homologation requirement for Passenger vehicle.
Knowledge and understanding of passive safety regulations and standards. [such as - IS 15139/IS15904/IS15223 / UNR14,R12,R21 etc ]
Hands-on UG Experience: Practical experience using UG (Unigraphics) software, a popular CAD/CAM/CAE tool used in the automotive industry.
Behavioural:
Possess following trait -team player, good analytical/ presentation skills & decision-making skills, future planning & conceptualization thinking.

Overall, the Project Management Specialist in test domain should possess not only technical expertise but also be a team player, have strong analytical and presentation skills, and exhibit excellent decision-making abilities. Additionally, he/she should have the capability for future planning and conceptualization thinking to contribute to the long-term success of the model development activities.
